The Journey
The creation of this jungle home was meticulously done by Dr Bones, facing the challenges of building a wildlife agro resort amidst the wilderness of tipeshwar wildlife sanctuary.

The architecture replicates old rustic forest resthouse, the structure is thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings. It features a vintage Forest resthouse with rooms that offer panoramic views of the jungle. The design emphasizes eco-friendliness and sustainability, utilizing locally sourced materials and traditional building techniques

Kodori Gate is one of the main entry gate to the Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary, located in the Yavatmal district of Maharashtra. This gate offers access to the sanctuary’s lush landscapes and diverse wildlife, including tigers, leopards, sloth bears, and various species of antelopes and birds. The area around Kodori Gate is known for its pristine forest, which is a mix of open grasslands, teakwood, and bamboo groves.
Visitors entering through Kodori Gate can embark on guided safari tours that provide opportunities for wildlife spotting, especially during early mornings and late afternoons when animals are most active.
